Watercress and Tagliatelle Al Pesto Recipe

1 package noodles
2 cloves of garlicOlive oil, coarse salt as needed 1 handful of almonds 1 sprig of basil 1 handful of watercress Freshly ground black pepper 1 handful of island cheese
Cook the pasta Al dente according to package instructions.
Blend all the ingredients except the oil.
Reserve half of the watercress, as they take up too much space and can be put together little by little.
As the ingredients dissolve, add the oil to “unite” the remaining ingredients.

Makes 2 servings.
