Smoked termite in sauce recipe

400g smoked termite, cut into cubes
6 onions
5 large spoons of chili pepper
2 heaping tablespoons of tomato paste
300g of dark sauce
500 ml olive oil
3 liters of water
chives to taste
salt to taste
Sweet and sour Biquinho Pepper and Garlic Sauce:
100g pout
200g garlic
1/2 American cup of soy sauce
enough water


Meat Preparation:
Cut the onions into cubes, sauté in olive oil, then the chopped pout pepper, and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Add the extract and the already diluted dark sauce, and finally the chopped chives and salt to taste.

Sauce Preparation:
Place the soy sauce, pout pepper and whole garlic in a pan.
Gradually add the water.
Let it cook until the garlic is soft.
