Savory Cake Recipe in the Mug in the Microwave

1 cup of milk tea
1/2 teacup of olive oil
3 eggs
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 cup broccoli tea (flowers only)
1 can of green corn without the broth.
1 can of peas without the broth
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
2 cups of wheat flour tea.
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Vegetable cream and salt to taste.

Grease 6 mugs or porcelain bowls (with 300 ml capacity) with vegetable cream. Reserve.
In a bowl, add the milk, olive oil, eggs and crumble the vegetable stock cubes. Mix until smooth
Without stopping to mix add the tomato, onion, broccoli, corn, pea and parsley, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Gently mix the flour and yeast.
Divide the dough between the mugs and place on the micro plate one next to the other forming a circle.
Cook for 4 minutes on high power.
Wait 1 minute, insert a toothpick and check for doneness.
If necessary, finish cooking by increasing the time by 1 minute.
Serve it hot.

Makes about five servings.
