1 cup of wheat flour
2/3 cups of milk tea
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, milk, cheese and salt to taste until you get a thick and smooth dough.
Heat the oil well and fry the spoonfuls of the dough until the cake is evenly browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve it hot.
