Salmon Carpaccio recipe

Ingredients:
Smoked salmon
1 small onion
oil as much as you need
ground pepper to taste
1 lemon

Preparation:
Arrange the smoked salmon slices on a serving plate.

Cut the onion into very thin slices and place on top of the salmon.

Season with fresh pepper.

Drizzle with lemon juice and oil.
Decorate with lemon wedges.
