Recipe for Stuffed Zucchini with Chicken Cream

2 Italian zucchinis
250 grams flaked chicken breast
2 spoons of cream cheese
1 onion
Garlic and pepper to taste
grated cheese as much as you need

Cut the zucchinis lengthwise.
With the help of a spoon, remove the pulp from the zucchini and reserve in a container.
Cook the zucchini in water and broth until softened.
In another pan with a drizzle of oil, sauté the seasonings.
Chop the pulp and onion.
Add the pan along with the chicken.
Keep on low heat until the pulp is cooked.
Turn off the heat and mix in the cream cheese.
Stuff the zucchinis with the help of a spoon.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is browned.
