1/2 kg diced minced meat 3 chopped potatoes 20 pine nuts, cooked and peeled 1 chopped onion 1 bay leaf 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1/2 green pepper, diced 1 tablespoon wheat flourSalt and Pepper to tasteSpices to taste1 tbsp olive oil
Mix the flour into the meat, set aside.
In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the meat, fry a little.
Put the onion, bay leaf, tomato paste, seasonings of your choice.
Cover with water and close the pan.
Let it cook for 20 minutes, after pressure.
Turn off the heat, let the pressure release, open the pan and return to medium heat.
Add the potato, pine nuts, pepper extract and more water if necessary.
Cover the pan partially and let it cook until the potato is tender.
Add the pepper, adjust the salt.
Cook until the peppers soften and turn off the heat.
Serve with white rice and sautéed zucchini
