1 kg of beef ribs (not too fat)
4 large onions, cut into large rings
2 cubes of rib broth
In a pressure cooker, line the bottom with half the onions.
Place the rib bone-side down and the rest of the onions on top.
Crumble the rib cubes on top and cover the pan.
Bring to a boil over high heat, and once you get pressure, lower the heat.
Leave it for another 30 to 40 minutes and it’s ready.
After this preparation, shred the ribs, which should be very soft (falling apart), and mix with the onions that are left in the pan, the stuffing is ready.
Use pastry dough in the shape of your choice.
Fill the pastry and fry in hot oil.
Serve with your favorite sauce.
