3/4 cup (tea) of sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup (tea) milk
200g cubed guava
Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
For this recipe you will need a bowl. Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs.
Add the yeast, the sifted flour, the cinnamon and the salt, alternating with the milk.
Add the guava cubes and mix well.
With a tablespoon, take pieces of guava with portions of dough and fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with coffee or juice.
