1/2 kg of chicken liver
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped without seeds
1 small pepper chopped
3 cloves of garlic Salt and pepper to taste
Chives and Parsley to taste
In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and sauté the garlic.
Add the liver and sauté well.
Once cooked, add the other ingredients, mix well, adjust the salt and pepper.
Add water, cover the pan and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with chives and parsley and serve.
