Chicken Thigh Sauce recipe

3 thighs with chicken thighs
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
6 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon mustard
2 stems of lemon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
300 grams of fresh mushrooms, halved
300 grams of potatoes, in small cubes
300 grams of sweet potatoes, in small cubes

Remove the skin and excess fat and tap with the steak batter to better absorb the seasonings.
Distribute the chicken in a roast, sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste and add the thyme, lemon.
Spread the mushrooms, potatoes and sweet potatoes on the baking sheet.

Prepare the sauce:
Add the lemon and orange juices, mustard and honey.
Dissolve everything very well and drizzle everything with this mixture.
Add some water if you want to have sauce at the end, as it will dry out during cooking.
Bake in the oven at 200º C until everything is cooked.
Serve while still hot.
