2 red onions, sliced very thinly and evenly
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Over medium heat, sauté the onions in oil until soft and translucent.
Add the sugar, salt and balsamic vinegar.
Lower the heat and keep until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
The point of the recipe is when it is in jam texture.
