Cakes Christmas Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
50 grams of raisins
50 grams of black plum
125 grams of candied fruit
100 grams of chopped walnuts
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 spoon of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda dissolved in water
125 grams of margarine at room temperature
1 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/4 glass of cognac

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients, preferably put it to bake in a greased loaf pan with parchment paper at the bottom.
