Cake Fillings Recipe

Traditional Simple Filling
Ingredients:
1 liter of milk

2 gems

1 glass of coconut milk

1 can of condensed milk

3 tablespoons of cornstarch

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients, bring to the fire until it turns into a cream.

You can fill the cake with this filling, also adding fruits such as pineapple, peach, plum, dried fruit, etc.

Prestige cake filling
Ingredients:
1/2 liter of milk

3 tablespoons of cornstarch

1 spoon of vanilla essence

1 can of condensed milk

1 large package of shredded coconut

1 can of whey-free cream

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients, except the cream, take it to the fire until it turns into a cream, turn off the fire and put the cream of milk.

Fill a chocolate cake, cover with whipped cream.

Chocolate Danone Filling
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk

2 cans of milk

1 can of whey-free cream

1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder

1/2 cup (tea) chocolate

1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder

1/4 cup (tea) of water

2 egg whites

Preparation:
Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Mix with the other ingredients in the blender, incorporate the snow whites and take it to freeze until hardened.

Ideal for filling chocolate cake.

Truffle filling
Ingredients:
1 cup (tea) milk

1 tablespoon of butter]

1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder

1/2 cup (tea) of water

2 1/2 cups chopped milk chocolate

2 1/2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate

1 can of whey-free cream

1/2 cup (tea) granulated chocolate

Preparation:
Melt the gelatin in the water, mix the cream and set aside. In a pan, place the milk and butter to heat until it boils, turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolates and the gelatin, stir well. Transfer to another pan, place it inside a roast with ice and water around it (thermal shock), let it cool until the chocolate hardens a little, throw in the granulated chocolate, keep stirring until it hardens and take it to the fridge.
