Cabotiá Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 kg of meat, cut into small cubes
200 grams of diced bacon
1 chopped onion
1 spoon of crushed garlic
salt to taste
1 chicken broth
1 Cabotia pumpkin
1 cream

Preparation:
Remove the hard shell of the pumpkin, cut into cubes.
Place in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes, until it breaks down.
Add the chopped onion and salt.
In another pan put the meat, bacon, onion, garlic, chicken broth.
Cook until the meat and bacon are well cooked.
Once cooked, add the meat with the pumpkin and stir, mixing well.
With the fire off, add the cream of milk, mixing well.
Serve with white rice and potatoes chips
Additional Information
Tip:
If you like, you can put 1/2 chopped raw pepper in the middle.
Makes 10 servings.
