Breaded Jiló Recipe with Parmesan

Ingredients: 4 eggplants (medium to large size) 2 eggs 2 tablespoons of wheat flour 100 grams of coarsely grated Parmesan cheese Seasoning to taste Fat for frying Preparation: Beat the eggs.
