1 kg shrimp, cleaned and washed
1/2 Sicilian lemon
salt to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cloves of garlic squeezed
Dry well and season the shrimp with salt, lemon and squeezed garlic.
Sprinkle with the wheat flour and mix well
Place in a pan with hot oil and fry until golden.
Place on paper towels.
serve while still hot
– Shrimp should be without any water at the time you put the wheat flour, because if they have water they will stick to each other.
– Serves well with a salad of leaves and white rice
